Saturday, January 13, the festival takes over Rodney Bay, turning it into a foodie’s dream, where participating restaurants offer, exciting rum infused dishes. Topping the night off, is a celebrity dinner prepared by Chef Samuelsson himself, giving a Saint Lucian twist, to his menu from President Obama’s first State Dinner.
Sunday January 14, the festivities ramp up, with an offering of finest rums and artisanal creations at the open-air concert on the historic Pigeon Island National Landmark.
